Maundy Thursday at St. Andrew
Thursday, April 6
6:30† PM – First Communion
Jesus brings us together to become one body, united through the bread and wine of the Lord’s Supper. On Maundy Thursday (“commandment” Thursday), we remember the new commandment that Jesus gives us to love one another, and we celebrate Holy Communion along with our children who receive their First Communion. The “Rescue Story” of our salvation through Jesus’ sacrificial death on the cross begins here. Join us for Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter worship as we experience together the Passion and Resurrection of our Lord Jesus.
*Communion served in the Chapel following worship. † Livestream available.
We need volunteers!
It takes many hands to create meaningful worship for the members of our congregation. Please consider volunteering as a Lenten offering.
Fill the sanctuary with flowers for Easter! Order online through Sunday, March 26. All flower prices will be $12. Multiple choices. Please indicate if flowers are in honor, in memory, or in celebration of any person or event. Flowers may be taken home following the 11:00 AM Easter service.
