Ladies, are you ready to dedicate time for yourself? Join us to spend time focusing on your well-being. Learn new tools to improve your health and create connection and community with other women. In our weekly group class you’ll learn and practice a variety of techniques to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit. Each weekly class includes practicing body movement to build strength using a yoga mat and chair, a mindfulness practice, and a Christian devotion. The instructor is Jessica Berglund, PT, DPT, physical therapist and owner of Empower.
Cost: First class is free, then $15/class or $90 for six sessions
