Text: Isaiah 40:1-11.
Most of all, God is compassionate, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love. Sometimes life is really messy and just plain sad. Thankfully of us, the love, grace, and mercy of God do not only come to us once a year – during the season of Christmas. “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23.
