My name is John Nolan. I joined the St Andrew Financial Services staff as the Bookkeeper in January, 2019. In my role I have the privilege of working with a very dedicated group of Volunteer Counters. Each Monday we count the cash and checks received in the collections and mail and prepare the bank deposit. Yes, I can attest, some of them work for donuts! I am also responsible for the receipts from the On-line Giving and Payment Programs, a rapidly growing area. With the receipt data collected from all sources, I update our financial systems, prepare financial reports, and distribute Statements of Giving. It is a joy to serve such a dynamic church. Being able to provide financial services to our church and its members across all of the growing ministries and programs is challenging and rewarding. I am married to the best Triage RN at Fairview, Sharon, my wife for 45 years. Together we are blessed with 3 married daughters (all in the area) and 7 grandchildren. In my spare time I enjoy family time, being a pontoon boat captain for Let’s Go Fishing on Riley Lake in Eden Prairie, and a Golf Starter at Minnesota Valley Country Club in Bloomington.
