Meggy Wagner

I was born in Germany, and became an American citizen in 2010. I hold a Masters degree in translation from Heidelberg University, and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands. My corporate career included assignments in Germany, Kazakhstan and Switzerland. That’s where I met my husband, Jack, an American. We moved to New York in 2003, where our daughter Sophia was born, and where I got involved in the revival and renovation of an ELCA Lutheran church…

Arlene Flancher

I am so excited to be part of the St. Andrew Children, Youth, & Family team! My passion and call has always been doing ministry alongside kids and their caregivers—especially kids from birth through elementary school. I’ve been volunteering or working in ministry with kids since forever, and I learn something new from them every single time. My goal is to listen well and provide safe spaces in church and out of church where everyone can be who they are and know they…

I am a graduate of Hastings College, a…

Zack Benz

I grew up on a farm in Hibbing, which is a mining town located on the Mesabi Iron Range in Northern Minnesota. My two older sisters and I were raised by my grandparents who both encouraged us to live our lives to the fullest. My grandmother fostered a strong and open minded faith based home and our entire family would volunteer our time at church. It was there I discovered my talent for communications. After graduating from Hibbing, I pursued…

Kathie Radcliffe

Hi, I’m Kathie Radcliffe, Communications Administrative Assistant – which means I get to greet you from the front desk as I tend to the details of baptisms, emails, phones, and tying up loose ends. John Nolan

My name is John Nolan. I joined the St Andrew Financial Services staff as the Bookkeeper in January, 2019. In my role I have the privilege of working with a very dedicated group of Volunteer Counters. Each Monday we count the cash and checks received in the collections and mail and prepare the bank deposit. Yes, I can attest, some of them work for donuts! I am also responsible for the receipts from the On-line Giving and Payment Programs, a…
