Habitat for Humanity’s work locally and around the world is well-known and deeply impacting for families needing permanent housing. The Twin Cities branch of Habitat for Humanity continues to build homes for clients and St. Andrew has the opportunity to participate. Thanks to Benevolence Fund financial support to encourage Christian service to others, St. Andrew is sponsoring a Build Day. On Tuesday, July 16, we invite you to assist with a home renovation project of a house in Edina that was donated to HFH. Tasks will include painting, re-tiling, and installing cabinetry and flooring. Up to 12 volunteers aged 16+ are needed. Volunteers need no special skills to participate. General construction experience is helpful, but not required. All appropriate training is provided on site by Habitat employees. Lunch will be provided.
