Text: Matthew 7:24-29 Jesus’ parable of the wise and foolish builders seems to suggest the inevitability of the storms of life. The rains will come, the streams will rise, and the winds will blow. But we can build our life on the rock foundation of Jesus Christ and God invites us to connect to him on a daily basis through God’s gift of faith. Our series begins with a focus on what it means to be “storm proof.”

To protect, guide, fortify, and sustain us. We are motivated by God’s love to take that love out into the world that needs to hear the Good News!

Text: John 20:19-22 (Key verse- John 20:21) “As the Father has sent me, so I am sending you.” We are fed by God’s Word when we gather together in his name but it’s also important to know that when we leave this place, the risen Lord goes with us and before us.
