My name is Laura Hoffer and I have been a member at St. Andrew for 30 years. Growing up at St Andrew I found faith and community in family camp, Sunday school, teaching at vacation bible school, Spirit in the Pines and middle school bells. In 2019 I was married by Pastor Peter to my wife, Jennifer. In recent years I have been involved with young adult leadership, Grace Notes bell choir, bible studies and participating in “A More Just World.” This summer we are expecting our first child. We quickly learned daycare is a hot commodity and added her to the waitlist here at the St Andrew Early Learning program. We live in Eden Prairie with our dog Elmer and two cats. I am an accounting consultant for United Healthcare. In my free time I enjoying traveling, camping and hiking our way through the 66 Minnesota state parks.
