Lefse Making 2026

Have you always wondered how to make lefse, the Norwegian favorite for the Christmas dinner table? Here is your chance to find out.
Join some seasoned lefse makers and fellow St. Andrew members for our 5th Annual Lefse Making Event in the Fellowship Hall on Saturday, December 5, from 9 AM-noon. We will have a ton of fun as we learn together the lefse preparation and cooking process and enjoy samples of this sweet and savory holiday tradition.
Participants don’t need to bring anything. All supplies and griddles will be provided. But if you have some of these items and are willing to share, please consider it: lefse grill, rolling pin, rolling boards, turning stick, flour shaker.
The cost is $5 per participant. Register soon as we are only able to accommodate up to 25 people.
