Sarah Blasing
Outdoor Ministry & Youth Leadership Dir. | 952.697.7108 | sblasing@standrewlu.org
Hello, my name is Sarah Blasing and I’ve been in this role since 2021. It is a wonderful fit for me, as I have been participating in and working with youth camp and leadership programs since 2004. I grew up in the Twin Cities, and I moved to Illinois for 7 years to attend Wheaton College for my B.A. in Psychology and my M.A. in Christian Formation and Ministry. While there I worked at Honey Rock, which is Wheaton’s camp in the summers. I am currently enrolled in Fuller’s Doctor of Ministry program with a focus on youth development in outdoor settings. In my previous job I personally launched and fundraised for a brand new Episcopal statewide camping program over 8 years because I am passionate about character formation and community building.
Outside of work I love running, painting, ice skating on our backyard rink, and going on family adventures to the BWCA. Caleb is my oldest (7th), next is Luke (5th), and my youngest is Abigail (2nd). We are a blended family together with my partner, who is a Lutheran youth minister, and his three elementary aged kids.

Arlene Flancher
Children’s Minister | 952.426.5420 | aflancher@standrewlu.org
I am so excited to be part of the St. Andrew Children, Youth, & Family team! My passion and call has always been doing ministry alongside kids and their caregivers—especially kids from birth through elementary school. I’ve been volunteering or working in ministry with kids since forever, and I learn something new from them every single time. My goal is to listen well and provide safe spaces in church and out of church where everyone can be who they are and know they are loved and beloved children of God, just as they are.
My husband, Rod, and I live in Eden Prairie (2 minutes from St. Andrew) and have three married kids—Scott (Laura), Sam (Airen), and Sonja (Grant). We also have a grandson, Arthur, who loves reading all the books and picking up all the sticks! In my free time, I enjoy playing with Arthur, walking outside with our 90-pound golden retriever—Watson, snuggling with our cat—Maki, traveling to beautiful outdoor places, meeting friends for conversation, reading, biking, teaching piano, watching streaming shows, and learning to crochet.

Caleb Wragge
High School & Young Adult Minister | 952.697.7110 | cwragge@standrewlu.org
Hello, my name is Caleb Wragge and I am excited to join the St. Andrew staff. I have been a member of St. Andrew since I was a kid. I love Minnesota sports, especially the Vikings and Timberwolves. I like to play basketball, board games, and video games. My wife, Carrie, is a social worker and we have a dog named Kona. I am passionate about serving my community and helping young adults find God.

Meghan Kelley
Youth Ministry & Camp Coordinator | 952.697.7117 | mkelley@standrewlu.org
Hi! My name is Meghan Kelley, and I work with Confirmation Ministry and Spirit in the Pines. I first got involved with St. Andrew in middle school by attending Spirit in the Pines and went on to become a counselor and staff member.
One of the best parts about my job is helping kids figure out how to be the best version of themselves.
I am also passionate about almost every outdoor activity, but mainly camping, canoeing, and hiking. Come find me if you want to talk about the Boundary Waters!
“Whatever you are, try to be a good one.”

I am a graduate of Hastings College, a small liberal arts college in Hastings, NE, associated with the Presbyterian church. I’m proud to be a two-time Bronco graduate: undergrad in English and a Masters in Teaching. I also graduated from Luther Seminary in 2023 with a Master of Arts in Bible. I am passionate about having conversations with folks about the intersection of faith and money. I am down to chat about Sabbath as well! Since 2017, I have been the Childcare Assistant Director and have enjoyed having interaction with the children in each classroom on a daily basis. It amazes me to see the difference in development from the day an infant first begins until the day the child goes off to Kindergarten. I live in Bloomington with my children, Aliah and Adam and our busy and energetic rescue dog, Lovey. My time outside of working at St. Andrew is spent attending soccer and basketball games, spending time with family and friends and tending to my garden.

Lori Morris

Greetings! I am thrilled to be a part of this Ministry and serve as the HR Director. My first connection with St. Andrew was bringing my son to preschool here. He is now 25!! We recall the time with great fondness.
For me, the most joyful area of HR is fostering cultures of kindness, compassion, responsiveness, respect, and open dialogue. My background includes over 20 years of Human Resource Consulting and Management, a Master’s of Divinity, a Master’s of Theology, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources. I am also certified as a Yoga Instructor and certified in Equine Therapy. I have been fortunate to work with MN Adult and Teen Challenge, Boys and Girls Clubs, Feed My Starving Children, Crisis Shelters, X-Prisoners, and other forms of serving our communities.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, riding motorcycles, downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and writing song lyrics. I have a wonderful son-in-law, Oliver, and two beautiful children, Rachel and Evan who are 25 and 30. We love to travel together and go to live concerts.
Blessings, Lori

Scott Searl
Director of Stewardship & Development
I am excited to walk alongside the amazing St. Andrew staff and lay leadership, inspiring financial generosity for the sake of the church and the world. I have served as an ELCA pastor for twenty-one years in the Twin Cities’ western suburbs. For the last three years, I served as the Director of Philanthropy for ICA, the food shelf that serves Hopkins, Minnetonka, and Excelsior. My consulting role at St. Andrew is to help the congregation grow in financial generosity for the many impacts being made in the church and in the larger community. When I’m not helping churches, I downhill ski with my niece, watch my two nephews play hockey, and spend summers on the lakes with them all.

Beth Guldan
Financial Analyst | 952.697.7102 | bguldan@standrewlu.org
I grew up in Bloomington and attended school at Redemption Lutheran Church from Kindergarten to 8th grade. I’ll always be grateful to my parents for giving me a strong Christian foundation that has guided me throughout my life. My degree from Iowa State University is in Consumer Food Science, but I have spent the last 25 years working as an accountant for (mostly) smaller companies in various industries.
My husband, Tim, and I got married in 2020 and adopted a cat named Tango (a never-ending source of amusement for us). Tim comes from a strong Catholic family, and watching how they live their lives by faith continues to be both inspiring and life-changing. Tim and I love to spend time outdoors, and have a goal of visiting every National Park in the U.S together. We are both avid bicyclists, hikers, and skiers.
I am excited to be a member of the staff at St. Andrew and to watch God work through me to serve others.

I grew up on a farm in Hibbing, which is a mining town located on the Mesabi Iron Range in Northern Minnesota. My two older sisters and I were raised by my grandparents who both encouraged us to live our lives to the fullest. It is an honor and privilege to be considered for St. Andrew’s Church Council. As for background, I am Steve Galleger and our family has been a member of since 2005. My involvement with our Church goes back to the mid 1980’s where I attended one of the original youth group trips hosted by St. Andrew. As a member for 17 years, I have been an usher for 15 years and have enjoyed the fellowship during the annual Men’s golf trip. Diane in turn, has been a confirmation leader and truly enjoyed that experience. We have been married for 26 years and have three children, Amanda, Sydney and Jack (22). Like many, our faith has been tested. Specifically for us, the passing of both our daughters, Amanda and Sydney. Our faith remains strong primarily due to the workings of St. Andrew. For this, I am excited, if confirmed, to give back to St. Andrew and contribute to the continued success of our Church. Professionally, I have enjoyed working with insurance companies as a reinsurance broker for 31 years.
