Southwest Grief Coalition – Spring 2026 – St. Hubert

Losing someone we love is one of life’s most challenging passages.
The churches of the Southwest Grief Coalition have bound together to provide support to those who are grieving the death of a family member or friend.
This is a caring, supportive, and confidential setting, where you can learn about how your grief leads to personal growth and healing.
The Spring 2026 session will be hosted by St. Hubert Catholic Church located at 8201 Main Street in Chanhassen on six Mondays, beginning April 13 through May 18.
