SUMMER 2024: BUILDING GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS
Hello everyone, and God's blessings to you all.
The theme of our work this summer is partnership. We give thanks for the more than decade-long partnership with friends in Haiti, and the new partnership we’re developing with friends in Belize. Wherever we are in the world, we give thanks for the blessing of these friendships and the good work we’re able to do in God’s name.
YOU are also key to these partnerships! Whether you’ve joined us on a mission trip, supported our work financially, or offered prayers for the mission, we are thankful for the ways that each one of you have participated in Seeds’ work over the years. As you’ll read below, the work continues, with partners old and new around the world.
KIDS CLUB WELOMES HUNDREDS IN PORT-AU-PRINCE
Joseph continues to find ways to minister to people in Port-Au-Prince amidst the challenges of life in Haiti right now. He hosted a kids club this spring with almost 200 children in attendance! At each event, children participate in Bible lessons, games and crafts, while also receiving a snack and a meal. We are grateful for Joseph’s desire to serve his community, and we’re committed to continuing to support him financially to host these events.

SUPPORTING THE CHILDREN IN PASQUETTE
Americans aren’t the only ones already starting to think about the new school year! Julien, one of our friends in Pasquette, recently approached Seeds of Support with an idea to distribute school supplies to local children later this summer before school starts. Thanks to the generous funds collected from St. Andrew members and friends during this spring’s Easter giving campaign, we have sent funds to Julien so he can purchase supplies like backpacks, notebooks, calculators and more. He’ll then work with the community of Pasquette to distribute to the children so they’ll be ready to start the school year!
BELIZE UPDATES: SHOWERS OF GLORY CAMP CONTINUES TO GROW!
During our first mission trips to Belize in 2023 and 2024, participants met Tracie Tzib and her family. Tracie has been one of our trip guides, and along with her family had the dream to start a Christian youth camp on land they own. On our first two trips, we helped clear brush so construction could start, and less than a year later saw the great progress they were making in getting the camp ready for visitors! Since our last trip to San Antonio in March, the Tzib family has continued to work on construction, including starting to build their camp kitchen! Thank you to the St. Andrew Endowment Committee for their generous donation to support this project.
This summer, the camp has hosted youth campers for day-long events like sports camps and Vacation Bible school, and look forward to the day when they have overnight facilities to host longer-term campers. We will continue to look for opportunities to support Showers of Glory’s development and share the ways we’re seeing God work through the Tzib family!

TRAVEL TO BELIZE WITH US!
Plans are in the works for our third mission trip to Belize from Saturday, 3/29-4/5/2025, and YOU are invited! This trip aligns with several local school district spring breaks and is a wonderful opportunity for young people and their families to experience firsthand God’s work around the world. Everyone is invited, young and old! With a mix of service and learning, trip opportunities could include visiting a local coffee farm and Mayan ruins, helping with food distribution to local shut-ins, helping with construction at Showers of Glory Youth camp, and more! More information will be available over the next few months; please reach out to Pastor Peter to express interest. We can’t wait to have you join us!
SUPPORT OUR MINISTRIES
Seeds of Support Missions relies on donations to keep our work going. In 2024, our project goals include:
- Supporting a kids club ministry in Port-Au-Prince
- Food distributions in Port Au-Prince, St. Marc, Pasquette, and other Haitian villages
- Hospital visits and personal supply distributions
- A rural medical clinic
- Supporting the development of Showers of Glory Camp in San Antonio, Belize
- Educational scholarship support
If you would like to support these projects financially, you can make a donation on the St. Andrew Giving Page. We are grateful for your prayers as we continue to find ways to creatively do mission in the world.
PRAYERS FOR PEACE AND GOD’S GLORY TO BE SHOWN
As unrest in Haiti continues, we ask for prayers of safety for our friends, for wisdom from the leaders steering the future of the country, and for all those who have been impacted both in the country and abroad. We pray for the health of Joseph, Kerlange and their families and friends as they navigate such uncertain times.
And we pray for our friends in Belize as they continue to build Showers of Glory Camp. We pray for all those who will visit the camp, whether campers, missionaries or others, that they’ll see God moving through the Tzib family’s work.
Blessings,
Pastor Peter, Linnae Stole, and the Seeds of Support Board
