Wine and the Word

Age Range: Adults

Days/Times: Established by individual small groups

Description: Faith was never meant to be an individual thing. Wine and the Word is designed to be a simple and faith-building opportunity for small group gatherings. View the monthly, web-based video presentation (5-8 minutes long) by a St. Andrew pastor on scripture or faith and life issues with a group of friends at a time and place of your convenience.

Early Risers Bible Study

Age Range: Mixed adults

Days/Times: Weekly on Wednesday mornings, 7:00-8:00 AM

Description: Come for a lively discussion and to dive into the Word of God. Studies in the past have included “Where is God When it Hurts?” by Phillip Yancey. Drop-ins welcome.

Pastor’s Thursday AM Bible Study

Age Range: Mixed adults

Days/Times: Weekly Thursday mornings from 9:00-10:00am

Description: A Bible study led by the pastors to foster community, spiritual growth, and prayer support. Join us even if you have not yet participated. Drop-ins are always welcome. Bring your Bible. No experience necessary.

St. Andrew Book Group

Age Range: Mixed adults

Days/Times: One Monday a month from 1:00–2:15 PM and 7:00–8:15 PM. Drop-ins welcome.

Description: A drop-in fellowship group for those who like to read and discuss a wide range of book selections.

Be Still and Know…Beginning Yoga and Devotion

Age Range: Mixed adults

Days/Times: Weekly on Thursdays, 11:00 AM–Noon, Beginning September 15

Description: Open to adult men and women. Each session opens with scripture and closes with a devotion and prayer. No previous yoga experience necessary. Participants wear yoga type stretchy pants with a semi-fitted top that allows for movement, and bring a yoga mat or beach towel. Classes are taught by an experienced certified yoga instructor. You are welcome to participate when you can.

Luther 2017 Germany Trip

Age Range: Teenager–adult

Days/Times: Trip dates are September 21–30, 2017. Registration now open.

Description: Alongside friends and members of our St. Andrew community, visit Berlin, Wittenberg, Leipzig, Eisleben, Erfurt, Buchenwald and Munich for famous Octoberfest festivities. The study tour will focus on the commemorative sites of Martin Luther and the Reformation celebrating the 500 anniversary of the Reformation while also enjoying the many gifts of rich German history, culture and music through history. Extension planned to Prague.

Young Adult Ministry

Age Range: 20–40 year-olds

Days/Times: In development! Fall/Winter 2016

Description: Want to be in on the ground level of something new? We’re conspiring to gather young folks at St. Andrew to serve, learn, grow, and have fun. If you want to be in on the action, email Pastor Matthew. We will gather interest, plan events, and grow this ministry together!

Description: To provide FUN and educational monthly activities for seniors, including luncheons, outside speakers, trips to museums, theaters, and other fun places!

Age range:  9-90!

Dates/Times: 2nd & 4th Mondays of each month, 6:30-8:00 PM  in the Conference Room

Description: A small group for people with hearts to pray for our church, community, world and who long for God’s guidance in how to make their prayer life more alive/empowered.
