A new video-based small group curriculum called Hope in the Psalms: Ancient Words for Trying Times is being produced by St. Andrew pastors. This relevant series for use during the pandemic can be used for all Wine and the Word groups. Click here for the videos and discussion questions.
Come Together with Wine and the Word
Faith was never meant to be an individual thing. The way that faith takes root is through our relationships, by being a part of a community that holds Christ at the center, sharing joys and burdens together. So this fall, get together with your friends for a glass of wine (or your beverage of choice) and the Word of God.
Each month, a new 5-10 minute web-based video by a St. Andrew pastor and accompanying questions will be posted at the end of each video. This is not a lecture, nor a book study. There is no advanced preparation required. Previous topics included Why do bad things happen to good people?, Character: Cultivating Civility and What does the Bible say about race?

Wine and the Word Leaders Needed
Wine and the Word is a video-based small group curriculum filmed of your St. Andrew pastors on topics of faith and life. Each video is 8–10 minutes long and is followed by discussion questions.
We are looking for a few people to be leaders of new Wine and the Word groups this fall. Are you interested in meeting new people? Are you willing to facilitate a group for just two sessions? All that is required is a desire to meet new people, willingness to plan two get-togethers, play a link video, and facilitate discussion.
Let Pastor Peter at firstname.lastname@example.org know if you are interested.
