Join us as we discuss life balance, healthy food choices, exercise, relationships, mindfulness, faith, knowing your food patterns, recipes that are simple, tasty & healthy! We’ll spend time in small groups to share and gather questions on food etc. There will be handouts with many resources on healthy eating & a balanced life.
