Each session opens with scripture and closes with a devotion and prayer. No previous yoga experience necessary. Participants wear yoga type stretchy pants with a semi-fitted top that allows for movement and bring a yoga mat or beach towel. Classes are taught by an experienced certified yoga instructor. You are welcome to come once\, twice\, or any time that works in your schedule. There is no charge for participation.

All of our programming is intentionally crafted for kids to hear and experience the love of God and live out that faith in their daily lives.\nSunday School is offered during the 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM worship services on Sunday mornings for ages 3 years old to 5th grade. We have a staffed nursery for children ages 0-3 years old every Sunday.
