Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) – Winter 2022
When we travel abroad to different countries, we witness new and different cultures. How do we react to them? There are different cultures in our own community, too, based on age, race, socio-economic status, national background, sexual orientation, etc. The IDI process is a global network of people committed to facilitating cross-cultural openness and understanding as a way to transcend ethnocentrism and establish effective, positive relations across cultural boundaries. The IDI is part of the A More Just World program at St. Andrew.
This February 2022, St. Andrew and IDI Qualified Administrators Pastor Peter Johnson and Tova Werlinger invite you to a new class of individuals from St. Andrew to learn more about the IDI at an Informational Session (Feb 1 at 6:30PM), participate in an online personalized IDI assessment, and have a 45-60 minute conversation about your assessment to outline next steps.
