DESCRIPTION:A women’s Bible study of faith and fellowship. Each week includes large group lecture\, small group discussion and weekly homework assignments. Each small group includes both in person and virtual options. For beginners through advanced! Study materials need to be purchased by each participant. Scholarships are available.\nOur Winter/Spring study of The Chosen season 5 begins January 7.  The table is set. The people of Israel welcome Jesus as king while His disciples anticipate His crowning. But—instead of confronting Rome—He turns the tables on the Jewish religious festival. Their power threatened\, the country’s religious and political leaders will go to any length to ensure this Passover meal is Jesus’ last. With the accompanying study guide\, The Stronghold of the Chosen\, we’ll learn that Jesus is our safe place\, along with all the reasons we should run to and remain in Him when hard times come.

SUMMARY:Loom Knitting Class and Gathering
DESCRIPTION:Those with no loom knitting experience along with experienced loom knitters are invited to gather for an easy-to-learn hat knitting class and connect with others from St. Andrew.\nBeginner knitters will be provided the loom\, tools\, yarn\, and instructions to knit a hat that will be donated to charity. Beginners will complete the brim of a hat\, and will knit the balance of the hat on their own at home. At the next gathering you will remove the hat from the loom\, cinch it closed\, make and attach a pompom.\nAdvanced knitters may bring their own loom and yarn or use those available in class. Advanced knitters may have the opportunity to learn a new stitch or pattern.\nAll knitters will enjoy sharing tips\, tricks\, and challenges of loom knitting.
