Come learn about the Enneagram through a bodywork lens on Saturday, May 20 from 10:00 – 3:00 P.M. Our instructor, Courtney, will give an overview of the 9 types as well as incorporate yoga poses for each type. There will be gentle movement throughout our time but it’s not a full yoga class. This event is for anyone from those new to the enneagram and yoga to those who have more experience with either.
