River Valley Alcohol Anonymous Group

Alcoholics Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have a drinking problem. It is nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial and apolitical. Summer Walking Group

Do you appreciate regular walks? Want to connect with others from St. Andrew for a time of exercise, meet some new people, and a brief scripture reading and devotion? Join the Wednesday evening Walking Group at 6:30PM. We plan to have two groups – one for speed walkers (approximately 16-17 minute mile pace) and one for casual walkers (approximate 20 minute mile pace). All are welcome! Be Still and Know…Beginning Yoga & Devotion

Open to adult men and women. Each session opens with scripture and closes with a devotion and prayer. No previous yoga experience necessary. Participants wear yoga type stretchy pants with a semi-fitted top that allows for movement and bring a yoga mat or beach towel. Classes are taught by an experienced certified yoga instructor. You are welcome to come once, twice, or any time that works in your schedule. There is no charge for participation. Contact: Carole McMonigal

Loom Knitting Class

Those with no loom knitting experience along with experienced loom knitters are invited to gather the first Wednesday of each month for an easy-to-learn hat knitting class and connect with others from St. Andrew. Lunch for registered participants will be available at noon, with instruction and knitting to begin at 12:30. Beginner knitters will be provided the loom, tools, yarn, and instructions to knit a hat that will be donated to charity. Beginners will complete the brim of a hat, and will knit the balance…

Summer Grief Support Group 

Note: Enter through door 10 or the main entrance to avoid the stairs. Going through the loss of a family member or friend is a challenging time. A drop-in support group may be just the thing you need for support and encouragement. Join us at our Summer Grief Support Group lead by experienced and trained grief support facilitators from the Southwest Grief Coalition. Outside the Lines Small Group

Outside the Lines Support Group is a small group learning together about how we as individuals, families and the church can be a fully welcoming congregation by including the LGBTQ+ community.
