St. Andrew Lutheran Early Learning has a proven track record of sibling enrollment, children that are now adults who enroll their own kids (we love that), childcare aides who were once a part of our program, and longevity among our teaching staff and Directors (25 years!!). Come and see why!!
St. Andrew Early Learning Center is growing!! We are now accepting applications for two full-time teachers who qualify under Rule 3 for Child Care Centers.
Scheduling is normally Monday through Friday and between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

- Responsibilities, Qualifications and Requirements:
- Adult and Child CPR, First Aid and AED Certifications within 90 days of hire
- Must meet educational requirements to qualify as a teacher by MN licensing, Rule 3 for Child Care Centers
- Must pass a MN licensing issued background study
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement program and classroom activities
- Excellent skills in teaching, communications, and human relations
- Demonstrated love, respect, and nurturing presence for children

$22.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience

Early Learning Childcare Aide
We are growing and hiring at St. Andrew Early Learning Childcare and Preschool! Now accepting for childcare Aide candidates who qualify. Typical scheduling: M-F, between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM. You will work alongside a very supportive teaching staff in a fun environment. Expect lots of hugs and smiles from a great group of children.
Requirements:
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Demonstrates respect for children and a nurturing attitude
- Must meet training requirements and qualifications under Rule 3 MN Department of Human Services Licensing Division
- Adult and Pediatric CPR, First Aid and AED Certifications within 90 days of hire date
- Able to organize, and implement program and classroom activities under the guidance of teaching staff
- Excellent skills in communications, and human relations

Nursery Caregiver
Do you enjoy working with young children? We are looking for loving caregivers to work in our nursery on Sunday mornings during services beginning in September. This is a paid part-time position.

Media Team
We are seeking teammates to join our Media Team and assist with worship production during Sunday morning and special services. Team members will receive training on operating our sound board and other production equipment.
Ages 16+
The typical commitment is 7:45 AM–11:45 AM on scheduled Sundays. In addition, Media Team members may have opportunities to serve at special events throughout the year, including weddings, funerals, holiday services, and other church gatherings.
Compensation will be provided based on proficiency level and experience. If you enjoy working behind the scenes and helping create an excellent worship experience, we’d love to have you on the team.
